Rules protecting REPTOR OS users, systems, community features, and business integrity
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses the REPTOR OS website, waitlist, progressive web application, accounts, AI features, subscriptions, community tools, referral systems, challenges, rewards, integrations, APIs, support channels, and related services. It forms part of the REPTOR OS Terms of Service.
1. General Standard
You may use REPTOR OS only for lawful, authorized, and good-faith purposes consistent with fitness, wellness, performance, education, accountability, and community participation. You must not use the Services in a way that harms people, compromises systems, deceives others, interferes with operation, or exposes REPTOR or others to unreasonable risk.
2. Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Conduct
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, sanctions restriction, or another person’s legal rights.
- Threaten, stalk, harass, bully, intimidate, exploit, dox, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against any person or group.
- Promote or facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, trafficking, child exploitation, sexual abuse, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, starvation, deliberate injury, or dangerous exercise challenges.
- Buy, sell, source, distribute, or instruct others to misuse illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medication, or prohibited performance-enhancing substances.
3. Dangerous Health and Fitness Content
- Present unqualified health, medical, nutrition, rehabilitation, or mental-health claims as professional diagnosis or treatment.
- Encourage users to ignore serious symptoms, professional medical advice, medication instructions, injuries, pain, recovery restrictions, allergies, or contraindications.
- Publish materially deceptive transformation claims, fabricated progress, false credentials, or unsupported claims about products, programs, supplements, or outcomes.
- Use REPTOR OS to organize unsafe competitions, extreme dehydration, starvation, overtraining, or challenges likely to cause harm.
4. Security and Platform Integrity
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data, systems, source code, models, endpoints, or networks without authorization.
- Probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, content controls, or technical restrictions except under a written authorized security program.
- Introduce malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential-harvesting tools, or other harmful payloads.
- Overload, disrupt, degrade, or deny service to REPTOR OS or its providers.
- Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or automated access unless expressly authorized in writing or supported through an approved interface.
- Use another person’s account, share credentials contrary to plan rules, create accounts under false identities, or evade a suspension or restriction.
5. Fraud, Manipulation, and Rewards Abuse
- Manipulate waitlist positions, referrals, challenges, leaderboards, rankings, R-XP, commissions, rewards, engagement, reviews, or usage metrics.
- Create fake, duplicate, coordinated, purchased, or self-referred accounts.
- Submit fraudulent payment, refund, chargeback, affiliate, or identity information.
- Exploit bugs or unintended functionality rather than reporting them to REPTOR.
- Use deceptive redirects, domain impersonation, unauthorized coupons, or misleading promotional claims.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Collect, disclose, infer, sell, scrape, or misuse personal information without authority or a lawful basis.
- Share another person’s private messages, progress photos, health information, contact information, location, credentials, financial information, or government identifiers without permission.
- Upload medical records, confidential employer information, trade secrets, or sensitive information not reasonably necessary for the Services.
- Attempt to identify individuals from aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
- Upload, copy, distribute, or sell content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, database, or other proprietary rights.
- Impersonate REPTOR, its personnel, another user, a professional, an athlete, a brand, or a public authority.
- Post pirated training programs, stolen videos, counterfeit products, unauthorized logos, or confidential materials.
- Use REPTOR content, data, or outputs to train or develop a competing model or service where prohibited by the Terms or applicable law.
8. Spam and Unauthorized Commercial Activity
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive posts, mass direct messages, phishing, chain messages, or engagement bait.
- Advertise, solicit, recruit, sell, fundraise, run giveaways, or post affiliate links without authorization.
- Use community or referral tools to build unrelated marketing lists or contact users outside their expected context.
- Make endorsements without required disclosures or violate applicable advertising and anti-spam laws.
9. AI-Specific Restrictions
Use of AI-enabled features is also governed by the AI Usage Policy. You must not bypass safeguards, extract protected information, generate harmful or deceptive content, automate high-impact decisions without lawful safeguards, or represent AI output as verified professional advice.
10. Reporting and Cooperation
Report suspected abuse, dangerous content, security issues, fraud, or rights violations to support@reptoros.com. Do not publicly disclose an unremediated vulnerability in a way that increases risk. Users must reasonably cooperate with legitimate safety, fraud, rights, and security investigations.
11. Enforcement
REPTOR may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including refusing content, removing material, reversing rewards, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving evidence, notifying affected parties, or reporting conduct to authorities where appropriate or legally required. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent termination.
12. Appeals and Policy Changes
Where an appeal is available, submit it to support@reptoros.com with the account email and a concise explanation. REPTOR may update this Policy to address new features, threats, legal requirements, or operational needs and will provide notice of material changes where required.
