How REPTOR OS uses artificial intelligence and how users must engage with AI-powered features

This AI Usage Policy explains the principles, limitations, safeguards, and user responsibilities that apply when artificial intelligence features are made available through REPTOR OS. It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable notices.

Current-service notice: REPTOR OS currently operates a public website and waitlist supported by Lovable, Supabase, and Kit. AI coaching and related personalized features described below are planned launch features and are not represented as currently available unless they are visibly enabled in the Services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to AI-powered or automated features provided by or through REPTOR OS, including planned conversational coaching, workout generation, adaptive training recommendations, nutrition and recovery guidance, progress analysis, goal support, content moderation assistance, fraud detection, safety controls, and other machine-assisted functionality identified as AI-enabled.

2. What REPTOR AI Is—and Is Not

REPTOR AI is intended to provide educational, motivational, organizational, and general fitness-support information. Outputs may be generated using statistical models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, unsuitable, or inconsistent.

  • REPTOR AI is not a physician, registered dietitian, licensed trainer, therapist, emergency service, or other licensed professional.
  • AI output is not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, rehabilitation, mental-health care, or individualized professional advice.
  • No AI output guarantees fitness, weight, health, athletic, financial, or other results.
  • Users must evaluate outputs, consider their own circumstances, and obtain qualified professional advice when appropriate.

3. Information Used by AI Features

When AI features launch, they may process information users choose to provide or that the Services generate, such as goals, experience level, equipment, schedule, training preferences, workout history, progress metrics, nutrition preferences, body measurements, injuries or limitations voluntarily disclosed, prompts, conversations, feedback, and usage context.

REPTOR will process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable consumer health data notice. Users should not enter medical records, government identifiers, financial credentials, another person’s confidential information, or information they lack authority to provide.

4. Transparency and Human Judgment

REPTOR will identify AI-enabled interactions where reasonably appropriate. Users should understand that an apparently conversational response may be generated automatically. Material decisions affecting safety, legal rights, account enforcement, eligibility, or payment should not be based solely on unreviewed generative AI output where applicable law or REPTOR procedures require human involvement.

5. Fitness, Nutrition, and Safety Guardrails

  • Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, significant injury, or other alarming symptoms.
  • Do not use AI output to ignore professional medical advice, alter medication, diagnose a condition, treat an eating disorder, or determine emergency care.
  • Do not follow recommendations that conflict with known limitations, allergies, pregnancy-related guidance, recovery restrictions, or instructions from a qualified professional.
  • Nutrition information is general educational guidance and is not a medical nutrition therapy plan.
  • Users remain responsible for technique, equipment safety, environment, supervision, and decisions about intensity or progression.

6. Reliability, Bias, and Personalization

AI systems can reproduce errors or biases contained in data, prompts, model behavior, or product design. Personalization depends on the accuracy and completeness of available information and does not make an output clinically validated or professionally supervised. REPTOR may test, monitor, filter, restrict, or decline outputs to reduce foreseeable harm, but no safeguard is perfect.

7. Permitted Use

  • Request lawful fitness, training, wellness, nutrition, recovery, habit, and product-support information.
  • Use outputs for personal planning, education, reflection, and motivation.
  • Provide accurate context and report harmful, unsafe, discriminatory, or clearly incorrect responses.
  • Use AI-generated material only in ways permitted by the Terms, this Policy, and applicable law.

8. Prohibited AI Use

  • Generate or facilitate violence, self-harm, eating-disorder encouragement, illegal drug activity, exploitation, harassment, hate, sexual abuse, or unlawful discrimination.
  • Obtain instructions for dangerous challenges, unsafe performance-enhancing drug use, medication misuse, evasion of medical care, or intentional injury.
  • Create deceptive reviews, fake transformations, fabricated credentials, impersonations, deepfakes, scams, spam, malware, credential theft, or platform abuse.
  • Extract model internals, bypass safeguards, perform unauthorized automated scraping, overload systems, or use adversarial prompts to access protected information.
  • Use outputs to make high-impact medical, employment, insurance, credit, housing, legal, or similarly consequential decisions about another person without lawful authority and appropriate safeguards.
  • Represent AI output as verified professional advice or as created solely by a human when that representation would be misleading.

9. Inputs, Outputs, and Intellectual Property

Users retain rights they hold in their inputs. Rights in outputs may depend on applicable law, third-party rights, and the Terms of Service. AI output may not be unique and similar material may be generated for others. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them and for avoiding infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or deceptive claims.

10. AI Providers and Model Improvement

REPTOR may use contracted AI infrastructure providers to deliver future AI features. Provider identity, data handling, retention, and model-improvement practices will be governed by applicable contracts and disclosed through the Privacy Policy or other notice where required. REPTOR will not claim that identifiable user data is excluded from provider training unless the relevant technical settings and contract support that statement.

REPTOR may use feedback, safety signals, and appropriately minimized, aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise lawfully processed interaction data to evaluate and improve the Services. Materially different use of identifiable or sensitive data will require an appropriate legal basis and notice or consent where required.

11. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Appeals

REPTOR may use automated and human review to detect abuse, protect users, enforce policies, investigate incidents, and improve safety. Depending on severity and context, action may include warnings, output refusal, feature limits, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Users may contact support@reptoros.com to request review of an enforcement action where an appeal is available.

12. Changes and Availability

AI features may change, be limited, enter beta, or be discontinued. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
